Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Bus/coach Driver to join our team. This will be for am and pm school runs with protentional for other driving jobs when required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive environment for all passengers. MUST HOLD A CPC LICENCE AND DIGI TACHO CARD.

Duties
Safely operate a bus or coach, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Maintain accurate records of routes, passenger counts, and any incidents that occur during transit.
Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, schedules, and any delays.
Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the vehicle, ensuring their safety at all times.
Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Follow established routes and schedules while being flexible to accommodate changes as necessary.
Skills
Excellent driving skills with a valid commercial driving licence.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with passengers and staff.
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
Strong organisational skills to manage schedules and maintain accurate records efficiently.
