PURPOSE - Primary aim of the position
• To assist with administration duties for MCS, Training & Finance departments to ensure all
relevant deadlines are met.
• Being the liaison between customers, manufacturers and internal departments for providing
important data, effective feedback and communication.
• Understanding the requirements of customers to ensure their needs are being met
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the callers needs.
• Assist with management of incoming emails.
• Welcoming visitors.
• Update and maintain the company’s IT system and company records as and when required.
• Assist with new project selling discontinued stock.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or warranted by conditions.
Unitherm will provide full training, support and guidance to the apprentice. The apprentice will gain
valuable work experience and expand their knowledge in the various departments during their
apprenticeship.
Training
You will attend Exeter College one day per week during term time to work towards your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Qualifications required
GCSE or equivalent 4/c or above Maths and English.
Skills required
Keen eye for detail
Computer literate including Word & Excel advantageous
Good communication skills and an ability to be flexible as the role progresses
Good time management, planning and organisation skills
Prospects
Potential for full-time employment after apprenticeship if applicable.As Unitherm expands, there may be opportunities in a specific area/department the
candidate may take preference to at a later date.
Qualification / Standard : ST0070 Business administrator
Duration 18 months
