Your role
This role is a unique opportunity for a passionate EYFS teacher with an interest in special needs to lead and manage the provision and outcomes for a small number of SEND children. This is through the delivery of the sensory curriculum through a blended learning approach with a balance of in class and bespoke learning experiences such as sensory play, forest school and gardening. as well as intensive support to meet the children's targets.
It is vital that the successful candidate has both knowledge of the EYFS and a passion for SEND children. There is an emphasis on being able to work effectively and closely with parents, outside agencies and liaising with class teachers, SENCo and support staff.
Moreover, a knowledge of send paperwork and the ability to organise and manage the bespoke and personalised provision is essential.
This role is initially temporary and linked to the funding attached to the send pupils.

At Grange Lane, we believe that every child can overcome barriers and achieve their potential. We focus upon developing the whole child, in a safe and stimulating environment. With a focus on basic skills and personalised learning, amid an engaging active and progressive curriculum we focus on fostering a lifelong love of learning.
