Summary
anical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Building – Paddington, London – up to £48,000 per annum CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a commercial building in Paddington, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across the site as part of a working team. Working in a Large complex building.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression

- A basic salary of up to £46,000 - £48,000
- CMonday Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water flushing / temp checks logs
- Boosted water pumps
- Fire damper maintenance
- Attending Client meeting
- General PPMs
- Control of sub-contractors
- Permit to work system
- Maintaining Site logbooks
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified - Level 2 & 3
- Job logic experience
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
