What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of English to join an experienced and highly successful English and Media team. The post would suit an ECT as well as a more experienced candidate.
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Qualified teacher status
• Degree or equivalent
• Successful teaching experience across Key Stage 3 and 4 including full ability range
What the school offers its staff
The Carlton Academy is a ‘good’ and over-subscribed 11-18 academy and is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region.
