As we expand our operations, we are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Officer to support our day-to-day office management and help streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage general administrative duties, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining company records.
• Prepare and manage documents such as invoices, quotations, contracts, and timesheets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project operations.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments for management and field staff.
• Maintain databases, filing systems, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support HR functions such as recruitment paperwork, staff onboarding, and record-keeping.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist in project tracking and reporting as required.

Requirements
• Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in the construction or property industry is a plus.
