Crynodeb
This role is a permanent part of the Kestrel Mead offer. The HLTA hours cover PPA and the TA hours support in the classes on a data led cycle; improving outcomes for pupils. The model is very well established and works well. The HLTA hours are reviewed yearly, to ensure that the needs of the school are met and can be subject to an increase (within your working hours) as the school requires. 1 x TA/HLTA contract (External and internal advert)

Salary - TA2 Grade 3, Point 5 - 6 | U5 years (£14,565.84 - £14,797.31 pro-rata) Over 5 years (£14,893.71 - £15,130.38 pro-rata)
HLTA Grade 7, Point 19 – 22 | U5 years (£8,067.37 - £8,710.00 pro-rata) Over 5 years (£8,251.01 - £8,906.06 pro-rata)
