We're proud to be working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Bexley to recruit a confident and proactive Behaviour Mentor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in behaviour support, youth work, or SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) mentoring to make a lasting impact.
You'll play a key role in supporting Key Stage 3 and 4 students who may be facing challenges with behaviour, emotional regulation, or engagement. Working closely with the pastoral team and Heads of Year, you'll help build a consistent and supportive environment where students can succeed both academically and personally.

Deliver one-to-one and small group mentoring for students in need of behavioural or emotional support
