This Teaching Assistant job will involve supporting pupils with their daily learning, assisting the Class Teacher with educational activities, and ensuring a safe, stimulating primary school environment.
- Provide daily high-quality care and supervision of primary school children.
- Support the Class Teacher with engaging educational activities across the curriculum.
- Ensure a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment for all pupils.
- Assist with classroom management, individual pupil support, and small group work.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience: We're looking for individuals with experience in working with and supporting young people in an educational setting.
- Advantageous: Experience in and comfort with helping to manage challenging behaviour is highly advantageous.
- Soft Skills: A passion for teaching and supporting primary-aged children, patience, creativity, strong communication, and a proactive team approach.
- Consistent full-time work with a path to a permanent contract.
