New Business Development Manager – Health & Safety Training (Hybrid, UK-Wide)| Hybrid – Home-based with UK travel | Full Time | £42,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000–£65,000)

Our client is a leading provider of Health & Safety and Compliance training solutions, trusted by major organisations across the UK. They’re now looking for a driven, results-focused New Business Development Manager to help them expand their client base and win new business across the country.

You’ll be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing new clients for various health and safety training courses. This is a hybrid role with national coverage, requiring regular travel to meet prospects and attend industry events. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own pipeline while being supported by a friendly, knowledgeable team.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Proven experience in B2B sales – ideally in training, compliance, or professional services
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and confident working autonomously
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK (hybrid role)
• Experience selling to health & safety, HR, or operational roles is a plus

What will your role look like?

• Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities
• Build relationships with HR, HSE, and training decision-makers
• Understand client needs and tailor training solutions accordingly
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets

What can you expect in return?

• £42,000 base salary
• 10% commission on all new business year 1 revenue (uncapped)
• OTE £60,000–£65,000 with genuine earning potential beyond
