The successful candidate will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons, fostering a positive learning environment that enables all pupils to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Assess pupil progress regularly and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and a love of learning
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure all pupils reach their full potential
Contribute to the wider school community, including attending staff meetings, CPD, and school events
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have experience teaching within the UK primary curriculum
Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Be committed to inclusive education and be able to support pupils with varying needs
Show a genuine passion for teaching and a reflective approach to professional development
Possess strong organisational and communication skills
