We are looking for a dynamic multi tasker!
We are offering superb opportunity to join an expanding Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) business. We work with a network of engineers providing services nationwide. This varied role involves specifically working on MOD/Defence contracts, experience of working with military departments would be an asset. A full time (35 hours) working from home position based in Devon.
You will need to be able to fulfil the following duties:
Proactively develop and maintain client relationships
Assisting with the smooth running of the contracts to completion and dealing with any day-to-day issues
Immediately updating the Senior Client Account Co-ordinator or Operations Management Team of any potential problems/issues which affects the service to customers
Liaising with clients and engineers via phone, email and other forms of messaging when booking engineer appointments
Assisting with processing of email inboxes, ensuring responses are sent in a timely manner
Updating excel track sheets with notes and other required information
Updating of client portals with progress of works etc as required
Attending JR Team meetings when required, either in person or via Teams
If appropriate, attending client meetings, either in person or via Teams
Accurate processing of results and certificates
Providing support to the Operations Management Team and assisting with other tasks as and when required
To do this you will need good IT skills including Excel, excellent verbal and written communication, be able to prioritise you workload, work independently and as part of a team.
