Assist with software and hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Support in maintaining technical documentation and inventory logs.
Help configure and deploy company systems and devices.
Liaise with third-party service providers when needed.
Ensure system backups and updates are performed regularly.
Assist in monitoring network performance and resolving issues.
Train users on new technologies and systems.
Coordinate with teams to assess technical needs and improvements.
Help implement IT policies and best practices.
