We provide trustworthy domestic, residential, and commercial Construction, Cleaning & Maintenance Services for the North-West area. CowinGroup Ltd Currently has approx. 15 professional tradesman as well as supervisors and subcontractors to ensure quality and good service is provided every time. As licensed contractors, we provide our clients with a comprehensive approach to all of their projects, specialising in a wide range of services.
We are now creating a professional cleaning division, starting domestic and working toward commercial to go alongside our team of professional builders to ensure your home or business is kept as clean as possible, making your environment a happier place. We are dedicated to cleaning thoroughly and efficiently, so you don't have to. We are aiming to have our own cleaning team doing their own domestic round as well as bigger projects.
CowinGroup Ltd is a family-run company founded by Matthew Cowin and is now introducing Nicola Taylor to run the cleaning side with old-fashioned routes, morals, and values.
We pride ourselves on following a strict structure with procedures in place for all eventualities to ensure all clients are satisfied.
CowinGroup has always operated under strong values aimed at exceeding client needs. Our communication channels are always open—our relationship with our clients begins on the first day of contact and only ends once they’re fully satisfied with our work.

Permanent Domestic Cleaner Required
CowinGroup Ltd requires a self-employed cleaner to join a fast-paced, very high-standard growing company, we are a very close team looking to add another member. We are looking for someone willing to learn and take pride in all their work. You will be working alongside another cleaner the majority of the time.
PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE INTERESTED
Will be paid weekly as a subcontractor in full after a week in hand and you are responsible for your own tax and NI.
Starting Salary
- £12.21ph Mon-Fri + £25pw Fuel Allowance (will not be paid for travel)
Must Be;
- Highly Motivated
- Fast Past / Energetic
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Time Keeping
- Able to work as a team or alone
Must-Have;
- Driving License
- Own Vehicle
- Min 1 Year Experience (Advantageous)
- DBS Certificate (Advantageous)
- Accredited Qualification(s) (Advantages)
What you will get;
- Regular salary must be willing to work up to 40 hours (guaranteed 16h a week).
- Fully Trained to our Standards.
- Trained in commercial cleaning & after build
- Provided with all equipment and weekly supplies
- Fuel allowance (£25)
