• Transport children to/from activities and attend appointments and groups with them.
• Help with planning and attending fun outings and activities, both at home and in the community.
• Provide advocacy, structure, and gentle encouragement, especially in new environments.
• Work in partnership with parents to adapt support based on the family’s evolving needs.
About You:
• Great communicator, patient, and approachable.
• Confident with travel (including into London) and longer-distance driving.
• Comfortable working in a household with 4 dogs and 4 kittens.
• Experience or interest in Autism, ADHD, PDA, chronic fatigue/long COVID is ideal.
• No formal qualifications required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
Other Info:
• £13.85 per hour, 22 hours a week regularly increasing to 52 hours a week during school holidays.

If you’re a calm, curious, and animal-loving person who’s passionate about helping young people grow in confidence and independence, we’d love to hear from you.
