Crynodeb
Full-time Accounts Manager required for Littlehampton Golf Club. Fully qualified AAT or qualified by experience. You must be organised, accurate, efficient and have great attention to detail. A can-do attitude and willingness to get involved beyond the job description is essential. Main duties are preparing annual subs invoice, credit control, inputting supplier invoices, supplier payment runs, preparation of monthly payroll for Club's Accountant, reconciliation of sales and purchase ledgers, bank accounts and credit card expenses, daily reconciliation of bar, catering and club shop sales, peety cash, weekly banking of cash, dealing with incoming calls and emails. VAT knowledge and knowledge of technology i.e.excel and accountancy packages preferably QuickBooks.
