Dedicated to supporting people experiencing homelessness and those at risk in the Poole and Bournemouth areas. We work across a wide range of services including:
We're looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive Support Workers to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Build trusting relationships with individuals with complex needs
- Provide emotional and practical support tailored to each person
- Help people access healthcare, housing, benefits, and other services
- Work collaboratively with local partners and agencies
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans
About You:
- Experience working with vulnerable adults
- A non-judgmental, empathetic approach
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full driving licence and access to transport is desirable
