Employment Tribunal cases, compromise agreements, internal appeals and appeals against Employment Tribunal decisions, unfair / constructive dismissal, whistle blowing, discrimination law, Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations, contracts of employment, reorganisation and redundancy and conduct and capability cases
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
