If so, Beacon Health Group is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team of Home Care Assistants. As a valued member of our team, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
Develop strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met in a compassionate, respectful, and dignified manner.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the care coordinator.
Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, following health and safety guidelines.
Essential Requirements:
A caring, patient, and professional approach to home care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel between client homes.
Previous experience in care or similar roles is an advantage but not essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
