Summary
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment.
About the Role: As Bar Supervisor, you'll support the management team in running the day-to-day operations of the bar. You'll lead by example, ensure excellent customer service, and help keep the team motivated during busy shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support bar staff during busy service
Ensure smooth running of shifts, including stock levels and cleanliness
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries or issues professionally
Train and support new team members
Cash handling, till operation, and end-of-day procedures
Maintain high standards of hygiene and health & safety
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role or busy bar setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Calm under pressure and able to multitask
Reliable, organised, and hands-on
Must be flexible – evenings, weekends, and late finishes are essential
Great team atmosphere in a busy, social environment
