• Support the Head Chef in Harrow Branch daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Lead the team during service, ensuring dishes are consistent, high-quality, and timely
• Cook and create dishes true to Indo-Chinese traditions with a modern twist
• Manage inventory, assist with ordering, and ensure proper food storage
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff
• Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials
• Keeping up with industry trends and creating new recipes with the Sous Chef
• Reviewing the menu and doing inventory
• Following the budget set by the Restaurant Manager
• Managing relationships with distributors and resolving any issues with vendors, promptly
• Open to working between Wembley and Harrow branches as and when needed to cover for other staff as a “reliever”.
