Field Team Leader (Nights) role:
• A fantastic new opportunity for a Nights Field team leader to manage our leakage detection team. Located in our North London office (Thames), you will lead the operations and performance of leak detection, driving industry-leading results. This role requires strong management capabilities and exceptional leadership to achieve excellence.

Field Team Leader (Nights) responsibilities:
• Complete on-site work on time, within budget, safely, and to high standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and job profitability.
• Ensure efficient campaign execution by coordinating survey feedback between field and office and conducting thorough entry and exit interviews with field staff.
• Oversee the Operations management team's expectations and support functions to achieve excellence by ensuring efficient resource deployment, streamlined labour and material management, and effective procurement.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive work schedule to optimize labour, equipment, and materials, while conducting regular reviews and ensuring timely documentation.
• Foster a strong Health & Safety culture through staff training, timely accident reporting, implementation of safety measures, active participation in audits, and collaboration with the H&S advisor.
• Work with the CDM and Finance Manager to achieve budget goals, manage risks, enhance contract controls, identify efficiencies, ensure accurate payment data, and review monthly P&L statements.
• Ensure staff meet essential skill standards, boost engagement through effective communication, highlight employee value, provide career development opportunities, and convey a clear vision for contract success.
Field Team Leader (Nights) requirements:
• Deep knowledge of Leakage Detection & Management, including detection methods, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Show ability to manage, evaluate, and deliver projects that meet clients' regulatory and framework requirements while maintaining financial control.
• Demonstrate strong leadership by setting and tracking KPIs aligned with company performance policies, driving continuous excellence.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet client needs while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
