Holt Engineering have a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Assistant to join our client based near Christchurch, you will be working within a busy stores and factory environment as a key member of the team.
The position is working Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times, Counterbalance Forklift licence would be essential. The position is permanent with an annual salary of £25,500
Main duties for the successful Workshop Assistant :
- Keeping all manufacturing and production areas clean following a regular cleaning schedule
- General repairs and maintencane on site and within the yard area
- Draining and cleaning machines annually
- Operating the forklift to move materials
To be considered for the Workshop Assistant:
- Previous experience within a workshop role
- Valid Counterbalance licence
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work well within a team
- Great time keeping and attendance
