Join Hightown Housing Association as an Income Recovery Administrator! In this dynamic role, you'll provide vital support to our Income Recovery Team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with tenants. If you have strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you!What You Will Be Doing:Provide administrative support to the Income Recovery Team.Handle rent account enquiries and communicate with tenants behind on payments.Monitor and record tenant and Housing Benefit payments.Run and monitor rent account reports.Conduct pre-calls to housing applicants for initial rent payments.Lead recovery of former tenant arrears and recharges.Process rent refunds and balance transfers.Manage arrears for garage and parking licence fees.Liaise with Housing Benefit departments for claim information.Support Income Recovery Officers in monitoring rent accounts.Stay updated on welfare benefits and signpost tenants.Receive and process telephone payments.Set up and amend direct debits.Assist team members and cover Reception duties as needed.General Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records and handle written communications.Comply with Data Protection Act and stay informed on relevant legislation.Attend team meetings and participate in job description reviews.Adhere to Hightown’s policies and procedures.Perform duties in line with the Association’s Equal Opportunities policy.Carry out other duties as directed by management.Why Join Us?Opportunities for career growth and development.Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.33 days of annual leave including Bank HolidaysCompetitive salary of £27,663 per annum (35-hour week)Monthly attendance bonusLife assurance cover (three times your annual salary)Access to favourable discounts and savings at high street retailers, gyms, restaurants, and cinemasOngoing training opportunities to develop your careerEmployee support and health & wellbeing servicesFree access to on-site gym We will be reviewing and interviewing candidates on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply early to avoid missing out.Hightown is an Equal Opportunities Employer
