Customer Service Advisor (3 Month Contract)
Basic Salary: £13 p/h - up to £35,000 with Bonus (OTE)
Type: Contract
Working Hours: 08:00am - 17:30pm Monday to Friday
Location: Swindon
New vacancy for a Front of House / CSA / Customer Service Advisor to join a busy accident repair centre for a 3 month contract, with the potential to be extended/permanent. The Front of House / CSA / Customer Service Advisor will be eligible to earn a team bonus on top of their basic wage.
Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager, the main purpose of the role is to deal with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner and to ensure a high standard of customer service.

• Booking parts
Skills and Qualifications of a Front of House / CSA / Customer Service Advisor:
• Experience of working in a modern accident repair centre / bodyshop is desirable
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills
• Good IT skills
• Experience of cash and credit control
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
