Working Hours and Days: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

We specialise in IT asset disposal, refurbishment, and resale, providing our clients with tailored services that meet both their operational and environmental needs. We are currently looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales Support team member, your role will be key in supporting the Account Team, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring that all sales processes run smoothly. You will also be the primary contact for unmanaged customer accounts, building strong relationships, and driving business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in sales while contributing to the growth of the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administer system inputs, including the Star system
Create high-quality quotations and proposals for customers
Ensure timely order processing and accurate documentation
Handle incoming customer enquiries via email or telephone
Organise prompt collections with the Operations team
Call targeted customers to secure business and negotiate price increases where possible
Develop strong relationships with customers and key internal operational staff
Maintain up-to-date records of sales, retentions, and quotes in the CRM system
About You
Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships
Strong organisational skills with a structured approach to managing tasks
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proven ability to negotiate prices and manage customer expectations
Previous experience in a sales environment with a focus on customer service
