Responsibilities
Lead project initiatives and ensure that high standards of service delivery are maintained.
Supervise and mentor junior practitioners, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and tailor services accordingly.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all client interactions and interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skill set of team members and promote best practices.
Engage with community partners to build relationships and improve service access for clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant practitioner role.
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in client assessment and intervention methodologies.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage with diverse populations.
Commitment to continuous professional development and remaining current with industry trends and practices.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £24.52
