Summary
A Part-time Nanny-Housekeeper is required to support a family in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, with maintaining their household and caring for their three school-aged children. The family is seeking someone who enjoys engaging with children and fostering opportunities for fun and social development. The role will include occasional babysitting, and overnight proxy parenting may also be required with prior notice. Working hours: (3/4 days a week), 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Duties include:
Load and unload the dishwasher
Change the bed sheets
Organise and maintain children's wardrobes
Hoover and mop the floors
Clean the bathroom sinks and mirrors
Fold away ironed clothes
Arrange day trips
Play both fun and educational games
Weekly meal planning and kitchen organisation for children's meals
Grocery shopping, errands, and children's laundry
Tidy children's areas and manage toys/clothes
Help children with their homework
Read stories together
Take the children to the local park for a runaround
Do arts and crafts together
