• Booking: Accommodation.
• Booking: Appointments with Clients / Residents.
• Booking: Hire Equipment
• Booking: Labour
• Booking: Sub-Contractor Attendance.
• Booking: Training for Staff.
• Filing (Electronic).
• First point of contact on the telephone.
• Logging incoming orders.
• Scanning completed job files.
• Other administrative duties as and when required.
