What skills and experience we're looking for
The Headteacher and Governors of St John’s First School wish to appoint an efficient and organised School Business Manager. The appointed person will be consultant to the Senior Management of the school having specific responsibility for the professional leadership and strategic direction and comprehensive management of financial, administrative and premises support and related staff in the school to support high standards of teaching, learning and achievement for all pupils within the overall aims of the schools.
We seek candidates who:
• Can contribute to school strategic planning and direction
• Can develop and manage effective administration systems and lead the school’s development of its MIS and financial management system, Arbor
• Support our Christian ethos
• Aspire to be the best they can be
• Have the potential and capability to develop themselves professionally
