You will have the opportunity to work with a well-established charity supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals in society. This charity runs projects throughout the year and has supported thousands of individuals out of homelessness, into employment, away from domestic abuse and more.
Your new role
- Full-time [37.5 hrs] | Permanent
- £25,235 per year
- Standard working pattern for this role is Tuesday - Saturday.
- Participation in an outreach rota
Responsibilities
- Handle referrals and support individuals accessing emergency accommodation.
- Complete needs and risk assessments for clients, leading to the delivery of support plans which meet individual client needs.
- Empower a caseload of clients, identifying their strengths and goals, developing their skills, confidence and wellbeing.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.
- Participation in an outreach rota which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
