At Acorn, we are passionate about providing a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for children to grow and thrive. Our team is dedicated to delivering outstanding early years education, supporting each child's development in a fun and inclusive setting. We are now looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our growing team.

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, fostering a love of learning through play, and supporting children’s development across all areas. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Observe, assess, and record children’s development
Promote safeguarding and ensure the well-being of all children
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider team
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Contribute to team meetings and ongoing professional development

What we’re looking for:
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
Understanding of the EYFS and child development
Experience in an early years setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, caring, and proactive attitude
