Our Registration Support Assistant support's the register team in the administration of Certificate of Proficiency (CoP)
assessment events.

Principal accountabilities:



* To be responsible for monitoring the CoP inbox and responding in a timely manner to routine member enquires relating to booking
and taking the Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) assessment.
* To undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the delivery of the CoP assessment; to include the co-ordination of
candidate information between BACP and our third-party provider for online invigilation services; setting up paper windows and
assigning candidates; and distributing pre-assessment guidance materials to support candidate readiness.
* To create CoP assessments events for remotely invigilated candidates using the CRM and Umbraco systems. To monitor bookings and
close assessment events as necessary.
* To assist with the processing of CoP assessment results and issuing decision letters following CoP events.
* To meet and greet delegates sitting the CoP at our hosted assessment centres, to carry out identity and eligibility checks and
to register their attendance, prior to carrying out the invigilation process, ensuring the integrity, validity and security of
the CoP examination process.
* To undertake regular post assessment work with regard to data cleansing to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
* To work with the Register Officer in the equitable provision of CoP spaces for candidates who are requiring reasonable
adjustments to support them in the taking of the CoP.




Knowledge & experience:



Requires a knowledge of and experience in the use of databases.

Extensive experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and databases to record and produce accurate, timely and relevant
correspondence, reports and documents.

Excellent data entry and data checking skills demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.

An ability to deliver exceptional customer care.

Excellent communication skills to deal with a wide range of enquiries.

Excellent planning and organisational skills.

A flexible approach to work with an ability to handle multiple tasks.
