• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven administrative or office assistant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Booking: Appointments with Clients / Residents.
• Booking: Labour.
• Booking: Sub-Contractor Attendance.
• Client liaison including attending meetings.
• Management of Diary system.
• Management of Staff (Admin Team & Site Staff).
• Pricing & Invoicing Work.
• Other administrative duties as and when required.

08:30 - 17:00
