Nursery Nurse
Location: Calne, Wiltshire
Hourly Rate: up to £15.50 per hour (depending on qualifications)
Are you a qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work in Calne? We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable childcare professionals to join our team, providing support across a variety of nurseries in the Calne area. This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience in a flexible agency role that fits around your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and early years education in nursery environments.
Plan and facilitate fun, age-appropriate learning activities.
Support children’s routines, including meals, rest periods, and personal care.
Work closely with nursery staff to ensure a safe and engaging setting.
Keep accurate records of children’s learning and development.
Build strong, nurturing relationships with children, families, and team members.
What We’re Looking For:
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above).
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
A sound understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
Great communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to adapt to different nursery settings.
A First Aid certificate (preferred, but not essential).
