Pay Rate: £12.60 – £12.85 per hour
Full-time | Days & Nights 40 hours a week

About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced Clinical Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to children with complex health needs in the Liverpool area. You will work in a home-based setting, supporting both the child and their family as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-to-one, specialist care for children with complex clinical needs (e.g., tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, epilepsy management, ventilation).
Follow personalised care plans with compassion and precision.
Maintain accurate care documentation and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
Promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in a similar complex care or paediatric setting - more desirable than essential
Relevant clinical training and competency in areas such as tracheostomy care, suctioning, PEG, etc. (training will be provided)
A proactive and patient-focused attitude.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo a new one).
