Domiciliary Care Worker – £14.25-£15 per hour – Banbury
Fantastic opportunity to work full time or part time around your availability.
Paid an hourly rate for the full duration of the shift not just the home visits.
45p per mile on top of your hourly rate.

About the Role:
We’re looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Care Workers. Your role will involve visiting clients in their homes and supporting them with their daily routines. You’ll help improve their quality of life while treating them with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow personalised care plans tailored to each individual client.
• Assist with meals, medication, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and promote a positive, encouraging environment.
• Maintain consistency and high standards of care across all visits.
Shifts Available:
Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, including bank holidays.
What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly rate of £14.25-£15 per hour plus 45p per mile

Requirements:
• Experience as a Carer, Healthcare Assistant, or working with dementia is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is desirable, as the role involves travelling between clients’ homes.
