Location: Lytham St Annes, Lancashire
Salary: £24,570 per annum
Sleep-in Shifts: £70.47 per night (9-hour sleep payment)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Sleep-ins: Minimum of one sleep-in shift per week required
Recruiting on behalf of a valued client, P4 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join a highly supportive residential care service in Lytham, Lancashire.

About the Role
As a Recovery Worker, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, tailored support to residents in a CQC-registered residential care service. You’ll help individuals to gain confidence, build life skills, and move toward greater independence.
Responsibilities include:
Providing one-to-one and group-based support sessions
Supporting residents with daily living skills, personal care, and household tasks
Developing and implementing individualised support plans
Administering medication (following training and qualification provided)
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners
Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals with experience in social care, mental health services, or similar roles. Lived experience or an understanding of mental health challenges is highly valued.
You’ll need to be:
Caring, empathetic, and resilient
An excellent communicator and team player
Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts
Willing to complete the Care Certificate and medication training
