Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time, (36.25 hours per week) Wellbeing and Compliance Assistant, working at our Independent Living Schemes in Sunderland, with a salary of £24,477- £25,544 per annum.
You don’t need to have experience in working in housing to apply for this role. If you believe you have the transferrable skills needed, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have experience and skills in a customer focused role that include:
• Working independently as well as part of a wider team
• Organisational skills and good time management
• Good understanding of Microsoft packages
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Using a variety of electronic recording and monitoring systems
• Maintaining accurate and timely records
CCHA owns and manages more than 7,000 homes across the North of England in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and North Lancashire. As an Association, we focus on the needs of the local communities we serve, tackling the housing crisis, improving services within our communities, and use our strength and efficiency to meet housing service needs.
