Summary
We are looking for fun-loving, hard-working, dedicated individuals who want to join our Outstanding nursery to learn how to be an 'Outstanding Practitioner'
We currently have positions with all of our age groups and are looking for the right candidates to join our teams. Successful applications will be supported in doing their qualifications to further their career in childcare (paid for by the company)
Candidates who will be considered will need to have:
-DBS enhanced clearance (nursery will provide)
-2 character references
-A fun approach to life
-Willingness to want to learn
- An interest in helping us to teach our children how to grow into happy, strong individuals with a strong awareness of themselves and others
Good level of the English language (both written and verbal)
You will need to be able to-
-Work towards building strong relationships with parents and other staff members
-Be aware of nursery standards and policies and make sure they are met
-Be a good team player
-Want to make a difference in childcare
-Be caring and professional at all times
The key day-to-day tasks include:
-Support your colleagues in helping the room to run smoothly so all children's needs are met at all times
-Liase with parents and colleagues on a daily basis
-Changing nappies or toileting, tidying room and cleaning equipment
-Help your team to supervise the children in the classroom and garden environments
-Be involved in outings in the local area
-Help support other rooms / age groups when help is needed
Your working week will consist of working 40 hours on a shift pattern between the operational hours of 7.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday. This is open for discussion e.g 40 hours over 4 days
Favorable salary will be offered which is negotiable depending on experience.
