Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Property Manager to provide a comprehensive housing and building management service for a portfolio of new build properties within Bletchley and a neighbouring development of affordable rent units. The property manager will be providing property management services to a varied of tenures within discount market rent, affordable rent and private leasehold units and will require the need to manage the tenures, alongside the service charge account for the site. This is a customer facing role and the manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents.

You will be joining our Affordable Housing team based in Milton Keynes. The Affordable Housing team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.

The role is primarily site based at Middleton Gardens, Bletchley with some travel to the neighbouring site of Eaton Leys, Milton Keynes. The working hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • To manage the overall site and act as the main point of contact for all residents with+in the BTR and Private leasehold cores. To oversee the resident tenancy journey for the DMR and BTR units
  • Management of the site service charge budget and deliver yearly reporting for end of year service charge accounts
  • To carry out all building management duties for the portfolio including general repairs, monitor defects and estate services such as tendering for contractors including cleaning, gardening and monthly PPM tasks
  • To undertake inspections to check upon the condition of the buildings and grounds, monitoring, consulting and supervising contractors on a weekly basis andprovide a report.
    To carry out all property management duties including move in and move out, deposit release negotiations and general tenancy administration


Key requirements:

  • Operational experience working with and managing contracts within Build to Rent/Residential Lettings and Block Leasehold Management.
  • To be flexible in delivering varied working hours on site to residents.
    Strong communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised
