An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed professional with ongoing proven experience of the performing arts industry to join our team. We are looking for a dance specialist to complement the skills offered by the other members of the performing arts team.
Teaching in our specialist dance studio, you will prepare learners for dance performances and help them to develop their movement skills to support all elements of the performing arts. The successful post-holder will work with the college’s industry partners (Dance East in particular) to afford exceptional opportunities for the students.
We run Performing Arts courses at level 1, level 2 and level 3 and the successful candidate will be required to teach across all levels. We run our courses through the UAL awarding organization and encourage learners to explore their creativity during their time on the course.
This post is based at Suffolk New College Ipswich campus. However, Suffolk New College is a multi-campus site therefore you may be required to work at and travel between campuses.
At Suffolk New College, we promote the culture of BeSNC. Implementing BeSNC is not just a choice; it's a commitment to providing the best possible environment for our learners to thrive.
