Crynodeb
The bar manager performs functions that are vital to the smooth day to day operation of the social club. They manage the planning, delivery, preparation and sale of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and snacks in an efficient, effective and friendly manor.
The bar manager is responsible to the Clubs management committee for managing, planning, monitoring and controlling all aspects of the club, its facilities, bar staff and cleaners. The key aim of this role is to provide club members with a consistently good experience by achieving and maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
This will include the following duties-
Bar staff duties
Placing orders
Staffing rotas
Covering staff absences
Ensuring all areas are clean and tidy
Product development and implementation
Training new bar staff
Managing stock control
Beer line cleaning
