Job Description / Responsibilities:
To lead and manage the overall operations of the shop, ensuring efficient functioning, profitability, and the highest standards of customer service. Responsible for supervising all staff, setting performance goals, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Oversee stock control, purchasing, budgeting, and financial reporting. Manage staff rotas, recruitment, and training to ensure a motivated and capable team. Develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, service providers, and customers, ensuring a well-coordinated and productive work environment.
