The Matthew Project is a values-driven charity working across East Anglia to support individuals and communities affected by drug and alcohol use and mental health challenges. We empower people to overcome barriers and live fuller lives.
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Contents and Communications Officer to join our Income team. This key role is all about raising awareness of our work and increasing support from donors and the wider community.
You will lead on delivering our marketing and communications strategy. This includes managing our social media channels, overseeing and updating our website (including SEO), and producing high-quality promotional content such as leaflets, posters, and social media posts. You’ll also support public relations, media engagement, and fundraising campaigns and events.
We’re looking for someone with strong writing skills, a flair for design, and a relevant professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM, Mini MBA). Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about making a difference and eager to raise the profile of our impactful work.
Join a passionate team committed to bringing hope and help to those who need it most.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, of any faith or none. This role will require the successful candidate to undertake a basic DBS check prior to starting employment.
