Full-time | Permanent | MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance

We are seeking a passionate and creative ICT Teacher to join our specialist SEND team and deliver high-quality computing lessons to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, moderate learning difficulties (MLD), and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference through technology, helping pupils develop vital digital literacy and life skills in a supportive and adapted learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging ICT/computing lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets and needs

Use assistive technologies and inclusive resources to support access to learning

Adapt curriculum content for learners with a wide range of abilities

Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and SENCO to ensure a holistic learning experience

Foster a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment that promotes independence and confidence

✅ We’re looking for someone who:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and has experience teaching ICT/computing

Has previous experience (or a strong interest) in working with SEND pupils

Understands how to differentiate and personalise content effectively

Uses technology creatively and confidently to enhance teaching and accessibility

Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset
