Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our Adult Social Care Enquiry Team on a permanent basis.

Position Details:

Hours: 37 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5:30pm; Friday, 9am to 5pm

Location: On-site The Independent Living Centre, Smethwick, B66 1JE (no hybrid working available)

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience for individuals accessing Adult Social Care services. Your efforts will directly contribute to promoting wellbeing within our local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and process service requests from customers across multiple channels
Actively listen and communicate clearly with customers
Utilize excellent IT skills to navigate various systems and applications
Deliver a service focused on customer experience and care
Qualifications:

GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
Ability to provide evidence of qualifications, including a Maths GCSE or higher in this subject area.
Requirements:

Self-motivated and organized
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in a busy Contact Centre environment
A standard DBS check
