Required from September 2025
Whittington Green School Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably experienced communication support worker to join our team supporting deaf students across a variety of curriculum areas.
This post requires a person who understands the needs of deaf students who may have other needs in addition within a secondary school setting.
The ability to establish good working relationships with the students and staff is essential.
Previous experience of working with deaf and SEND students is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of BSL is essential.
The successful applicant will be well supported and have opportunities for continued professional development.
Previous experience of working with students with a variety of learning needs is essential.
