Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Salary: Scale 5 (SCP 12-17) £27,711.00 - £30,060.00 pro rata is £10,569.96 - £11,465.95. Salary to be discussed at interview, subject to experience
Hours: 16.5 per week 8.45am till 3.15pm (3 days a week)
Contract: Fixed term until August 2026 (due to funding), Term time
Start date: 1st September 2025

We are seeking to appoint a creative Higher Level Teaching Assistant to cover PPA time and absence across school. The role will also include supporting groups and individuals with their learning. The candidate needs to be flexible, able to work with all age ranges and happy to work with colleagues from all year groups in school.
The successful candidate will have:-
Experience of whole class teaching
Positive relationships with both children and staff
High expectations of pupil’s achievement
Experience of supporting class teachers
