Crynodeb
Main Duties Culling and sorting patients records and letters in preparation for summarising Reviewing medical records and producing an accurate summary of the patients medical history. Read Coding the information into the practice clinical system, EMIS Web. Participate in regular audits in the practice to ensure the accuracy and quality of the summarised records. Monitoring progress of notes summarising against practice targets. Communicate with external healthcare providers to obtain any missing or additional information required for patients records. Working with clinical team in coding patients for call and recall systems for QOF. Provide training and support to other staff members on record keeping practices as needed.
